We invite everybody to try Nordic walking, which is a sports activity .
This is a form of leisure consists in walking with special poles.

Nordic walking is for everybody – regardless of age, condition or excessive weight.
One may practise it all-year-round. It is good to start practising Nordic walking under the guidance of an instructor who will teach you the correct walking technique and will help select the appropriate poles.
Nordic walking – a natural march enriched by the technique of pushing yourself away from the ground by means of special poles. We organize courses and classes of this form of activity, which stimulates approximately 90% of body muscles if it's correctly performed.

Benefits arising from practising Nordic walking:

  • Improving your cardiovascular system
  • It develops upper limbs muscles, strengthens trunk, arms, shoulders muscles, increases the mobility of the upper section of the spine and softens muscle tension in the shoulder area

We offer original regulated Vitatrek poles 10PLN/1.5 h
There is also a possibility of purchasing Vitatrek poles with a complete set of endings (for asphalt, sand, snow) at the price of - 90PLN.
