Ski areas are situated in the eastern part of the valley where Szczyrk lies. The most attractive ski routes certainly include the station of Central Sports Centre (COS), as well as the slopes in Szczyrk Biła. The skiing season in Szczyrk is very diverse, in peak parts of the mountains the snow remains for a very long time. On part of the slopes, thanks to artificial snowing, and also in favourable weather conditions, one can ski even until the middle of spring.
